Peach Foodservice (“Peach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)warrants that Peach Foodservice–branded products sold for commercial use willbe free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial useand service for the applicable warranty period outlined below, beginning fromthe original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty Periods by Product Category
Intended Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Peach Foodservice equipment is designed solely for installation and use in commercial foodservice settings. Installation or use of this equipment in a residential or non-commercial setting will void this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
During the applicable warranty period, Peach Foodservice will, at its discretion, provide an appropriate remedy for products determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship. This warranty provides coverage for parts and labor related to qualifying defects when the product is properly installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with applicable instructions and industry standards.
Installation Requirements
Proper installation is a condition of this warranty. Installation must be performed in accordance with all applicable local codes,regulations, and manufacturer guidelines, and must be completed by a qualified or licensed professional, where required. Damage, failure, or performance issues resulting from improper, incorrect, or non-compliant installation are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Service
Warranty claims must be submitted to Peach Foodservice and may require proof of purchase and product identification. All warranty determinations, remedies, and methods of fulfillment are made at the sole discretion of Peach Foodservice.
Limitation of Liability
Peach Foodservice shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, downtime, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer of Certain Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, Peach Foodservice makes no other warranties, express or implied. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year warranty period, to the extent permitted by law.
Commercial Use and Purchaser Limitation
This warranty is intended for commercial purchasers only, applies solely to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
